About the Role

At Life Without Barriers, we’re proud to be a leading social purpose organisation with over 8,000 employees making a real difference in more than 500 communities across Australia. From children and young people to people living with disability, mental health challenges, and those facing homelessness – we’re committed to breaking down barriers and creating a more inclusive society.

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced House Manager to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care team in Orange. This is your chance to make a lasting impact while leading a dedicated team of youth support workers in a therapeutic home setting setting that supports children and young people 11-17 years of age.

As a House Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with a Therapeutic Specialist and Case Manager to bring the CARE model to life, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive. You’ll also help young people develop the skills they need for independent living, maintain their education, and stay connected with their Care Workers, families, and communities.
